"As General Manager, I am responsible for the day to day running of this great company! I am enthusiastic about the services we do offer. With the responsibility of a large pharmacy comes many rewards and I enjoy hearing from our customers about how what we do, impacts the greater community. I feel satisfied knowing that our customers get the medication that they need when they need it. I also enjoy looking for new ways in which we can improve our services; one initiative is our Hear to Care Program, which you can read about on the page that describes our services.
I started in the pharmaceutical industry in 1998 at Pacific Pharmaceuticals gaining a vast knowledge of pharmaceutical processes and Good Manufacturing Principles. I applied that knowledge to our MPS-NZ brand which became the first NZ company to achieve a manufacturing / repacking license. I started in Pharmacy One in 2005 and the rest is history."

"As Customer Relations Manager I establish relationships with staff at each facility (this may include Manager/ Clinical Coordinator/ Doctor/ Senior Nurse). These relationships enable me to understand the unique and individual needs of each facility. I am then able to liaise with key staff in the pharmacy to ensure those needs are being met. The feedback I receive from customers allows me to be actively involved in the continuous improvement and development of the services Pharmacy One has to offer.
As a pharmacist, my solid understanding about good medication administration and managment, as well as my commitment to quality, enable me to provide our customers with the highest level of support. My knowledge of Pharmacy One’s policies and standard operating procedures combined with my communication skills enable me to successfully coordinate education sessions, chart audits and attend any multi-disciplany or service meetings where a pharmacy representative is required.
Having a strong focus on patient care and a high standard of customer service helps me to ensure that facilities have a smooth transition when deciding to change to Pharmacy One as their service provider."
